The world's best sandwich!

Like the other day I made another high carb meal. This can be eaten both for breakfast, lunch and an hour before the match.

You can also make it ready to eat between matches if there is a break.

But I have to admit that it tastes best warm!

This is my husband's recipe, but since it's so good, I'm sharing it (and taking some of the credit :P )

This is really easy and quick to make. Something that you would like to have on match days.

This is what you need:

- Sandwich bread (sliced) Attaching a picture of the one we use under

- Tomatoes

- Mozzarella cheese

- Parma ham

- Margarine

How to do it:

1. Heat a frying pan and drop the slices in melted butter.

2. Fry on both sides until golden

3. Add tomato, mozzarella and serrano ham

4. Eat well and have your fill!
